  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.We strongly advise You to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.Domains and links that the Company owns are the following:Any other links not explicitly mentioned are not a product of our Company. Links inside these documents or links brandishing the Ramworks logo or “___ is a project by Ramworks” are also a product of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Employee Agreement

As an employee of Ramworks, You have the right to retire at any moment.By signing up to be an employee of Ramworks, You agree to the following:
  • You must create meaningful edits to the Ramworks product You have been assigned or that You have chosen (in some cases) at least every 2 months.
  • You agree to these Terms of Service.
If You do not agree to these guidelines, Your right as an employee will be revoked.

Owner/Co-Owner Agreement

As a(n) (co)owner of Ramworks, You have the right to retire at any moment. You have the final authority. You have the ability to, after retiring, continue owning any subsidiary or product of Ramworks (Individual websites/doc). If not one individual is owning Your product of choice, You have the right to claim it as your own after further contact with Ramworks.As a co-owner of Ramworks, You reserve the right to the position of owner, if the owner has retired.Depending on the circumstances, Your right as a(n) (co)owner of the Company may be revoked if enough employees/administrators unanimously deem it necessary for betterment of the Company.Intentional violations of our Terms should be reason for removal.

Discipline

Ramworks users and employees are solely responsible for their actions on any Ramworks asset. Any illegal or harmful activity will be attributed to the user and may result in the following disciplinary actions:
  • Warning: A warning is a notification that a user has violated the terms of service. A warning may be issued for minor violations, and warnings can be issued by Employees that are moderators or of higher authority.
  • Suspension: A suspension is a temporary ban from using Ramworks. Suspensions may be issued for more serious violations, such as spreading explicit content. 3 or more moderators or Employees of higher authority must agree to suspend a User. 
    • Note: if there is less than the required amount of Employees present, majority rules will be in place. This applies to any applicable instance.
  • Permanent banning: A permanent ban is a permanent expulsion from Ramworks. Permanent bans are reserved for the most serious violations, such as engaging in illegal activity or causing significant harm to the Ramworks community. Permanent bans are only issued once: (i) all active moderators and/or those of higher authority have agreed (agreeing constitutes a majority vote); (ii) permanent ban-worthy evidence has been properly displayed; and (iii) these steps have been carried out in private.
The specific disciplinary action that will be taken in any given case will depend on the severity of the violation and the user's history of compliance with the terms of service. Ramworks reserves the right to take any other action that it deems appropriate. We are not responsible for any trouble this service may or may not get You in.Ramworks operates as a mature and professional pseudo-company. If partners break any of these rules, We will kindly notify them that their service is violating the Terms and partnership will be cut. We will not engage in any “wars”.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Credit Towards Third-Parties

By using the Service, You agree to any other Terms of Service that other third-parties use. We will give credit to any other third-parties that are used in this Service.

Privacy Policies

Our Company is not responsible for any violations of another service’s privacy policy.On Services created by us from scratch, we do not store, log, or sell any data whatsoever. Data on services within our own Services are subject to their own privacy policy.We do retain user data from Google Analytics and our Discord server.
